Service Description

Catchers are leaders, communicators, and game-changers. Our catching sessions develop the technical and athletic skills needed behind the plate, including receiving, blocking, framing, footwork, and defensive awareness. We train catchers to move efficiently, react quickly, and control the game with confidence. Focus Areas May Include: ✔ Receiving & framing ✔ Blocking & recovery ✔ Throwing mechanics & pop time ✔ Leadership & game presence
